Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes
- tomato sauce or puree seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic
- salt and pepper
- oil
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
Recipe
- 1 cut the tomatoes crosswise in half and remove the pulp.
- 2 season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook in hot oil for a few minutes.
- 3 place a freshly shelled egg in each tomato half and pour over them a little thick tomato sauce or puree.
