Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained,chopped
- 2 (4 ounce) packages crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 spoon into a 9" oven proof pie plate or baking dish.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 2-25 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
- 4 serve with low fat crackers, baked pita chips or cut up vegetables.
