Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained,chopped
  • 2 (4 ounce) packages crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients.
  • 2 spoon into a 9" oven proof pie plate or baking dish.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 2-25 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
  • 4 serve with low fat crackers, baked pita chips or cut up vegetables.
