Malt Vinegar-tarragon Aioli (bobby Flay)

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons malt vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed (or minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, finely chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 whisk all ingredients together.
  • 2 cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • 3 may be made up to 8 hours in advance.
